I have been coaching with Julie Downey for three years. Julie provides the basic time blocking and accountability tracking sheets to push me throughout the year. She knows my spiritual goals, my financial goals, my family goals and she knows what I need to do with my business and pushes me. She knows what she needs to say and she knows what she needs to do to help me get to that next level. She provides resources such as podcasts, books and encouragement to go to seminars. When she goes to seminars she brings that back and shares it with you.
